People constantly ask me if land is still selling in
this economy and I always answer it the same way. Yes!
But only if you are doing the right things. Sure land is selling
but if you a person that paid to much you could be selling at a loss.
I am talking about selling for a profit.
Have a look at the $13,687 I made in October.
To be honest I was a little disappointed with this month.
I only spent $1,300 to make back $13,687 but I still have 3 properties
to sell. I was a little disappointed , because I expected to sell 2 more
lots and make $25,000 for the month.
It's not a big deal, because I will sell them in Nov.
I thought it would be better to show that land is still selling
instead of just telling you.
Some people may be wondering if these buyers were any
of my repeat buyers from the past and the answer is no, they
were all new buyers, and now that they have bought from me, they will
become repeat buyers.
If you know what to do and you are not doing
it, then I challenge to get busy and start getting your share.
If you don't know what to do then, I suggest you get clear on what
to do and how and where to do it and start doing it..
Using nothing but a PC, and a phone and fedex,
you can't beat it.
